About Joe

It is an advisor's responsibility to bring new solutions to his community. Joe founded Maddock Insurance Group with the mission of helping businesses correct their benefits plans by changing the way people think about the health insurance and healthcare industries. By showing his clients the traps most of us have fallen into and how to avoid them, he is helping them reset the system, changing their businesses, their employees' lives, and the community's health.

Joe believes in using his time to give back to his community. He has served as a volunteer for many organizations. In 2022, he was appointed to the Arnold, MO Chamber of Commerce Board as Treasurer, to the Jefferson County, MO Merit System Commission Board, and elected President of the Jefferson County, MO Republican Club. Joe was honored to receive the 2022-2023 Arnold Rotary Club "Rotarian of the Year" Award in Recognition of Outstanding Dedication & Service and the 2023 Don Earl Citizen of the Year Award by the Arnold Chamber of Commerce. Due to his vision and work, he was asked to serve on the City of Arnold Economic Development Committee and Tourism Commission.

His vision is to bring community leaders and businesses together to RESET the healthcare system to provide the type of healthcare we tell our friends we wish existed.
